壽司"的秘技,提供深受食客讚賞的季節性新鮮食材。
Master Chef Lo Yuet Kei is the restaurant owner and Master Sushi Chef of Etsu Sushi. His skills were later on recognized by Master Chef Takabayashi since 1988.Etsu Sushi provides traditional Edomae Sushi and to complete with seasonal and good quality ingredients.
