MIÁN is the latest addition to The Murray’s exciting portfolio of dining establishments. The restaurant menu takes inspirations from the meaningful legacy of the hotel site and integrates the essence of the eight great regional cuisines of China.
With 40 years of experience under his belt and profound knowledge of the diverse Chinese culinary heritage, Chef de Cuisine Ronald Shao presents an expansive menu honouring the finest local produce, prepared with authentic techniques and served at the right pace and temperature to impress.
The refined interior is inspired by the traditional tearoom, an embracement of authentic dining culture with elegant modernity. The restaurant offers main dining area as well as private dining rooms which can accommodate up to 12 guests.
